Q: What types of shipping class services do you offer?
A: Customprintingfabric.com uses a variety of carriers and methods to ship your order as efficiently as possible.

  • Standard shipping = China EMS 

  • Express and Express Plus orders are delivered using FedEx, TNT or UPS

  • Gift cards and home décor samples are sent via U.S. Postal Service.


Q: What does "Business Day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimates?
A: When estimating your order's arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays.


Q: How do I know if an item has a handling surcharge?
A: For some items shipping internationally, a per item handling surcharge may apply due to the size and weight of the item. These items are noted in the Shipping Tab on the Product Detail Page. Special handling will be automatically calculated and shown in your Shopping Cart.


Q: Can all items be shipped via Express or Express Plus service?
A: No. Some bulky or oversized items, cut-to-order fabrics or hazardous materials cannot be shipped via Express or Express Plus service. We will be happy to ship these items standard delivery. If you have items in your cart that require Express or Express Plus shipping, please enter a separate order.


Q: Do I need to pay for import tax and/or duty?
A : We always value it very low or mark " as sample or gift " to help you avoid tax.
However, customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, when it happens.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
A : No, we can only deliver to a street address. The recipient must sign the package at the delivery address.

Q: What if the package was delivered to the wrong person?
A :  Please contact our delivery partners or Xiaomi Customer Support to get assistance.


Q: Who is your delivery partner?
A :  UPS, FedEx, DHL and YANWEN are our delivery partners.


Q: How can I track my order?
A :  Please track your package through My Order on customprintingfabric.com or directly through our delivery agents’ websites with your tracking number.

Q: Do I have to write the telephone No. for Express
A: Yes, Telephone No. is required for Express, while China EMS doesnt.

Q: Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order?
A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

Q: What is included in the shipping charge?
A: The following costs are included in the shipping charge, so the shipping charge may exceed the actual cost paid by JoAnn to its carrier to send the item(s) to you:

  • Labor costs to select the item(s), cut fabric, and package the item(s) for shipment;

  • Cost of packaging and other supplies;

  • Internal (overhead) cost to process the order and maintain the technology and systems that support the website
